Coffee & Clay - ceramic workshops
Content of the workshop
Welcome to our ceramic hand-building and painting workshop, where you'll discover the fundamental techniques for creating beautiful ceramic pieces. For 2.5 hours, you'll delve into different hand-building techniques, gaining the skills you need to craft your creation. We will provide you with coffee, tea, and croissants to keep you energized and creative!
On Saturday from 10:00 am until 12:30 pm, you will explore different hand-modeling techniques and have the chance to create a mug or a bowl. You can paint your piece with an engobe or leave it in its natural state. The studio will fire it twice and apply a clear glaze to ensure that your creation is food and dishwasher-safe. No experience is necessary to attend this workshop.
If you also want to learn more about the preparation for each firing and the glazing process, take a look at the monthly course!
