Welcome to our ceramic pottery hand-building workshops, where you'll discover the fundamental techniques for creating beautiful ceramic pieces. For 2h30 hours, you'll delve into the art of pinching, gaining the skills you need to craft your own creation. We will provide you with coffee, tea, and pastry to keep you energized and creative!

Content of the workshop

In this workshop, you will learn the intricacies of this hand-modeling technique and have the opportunity to create your breakfast mug or bowl. You will be able to paint your piece with an engobe (colored slip) or leave it in its natural state. The studio will apply a clear glaze to ensure that your pieces are food-safe.

To ensure a personalized learning experience, we limit each class to 6 participants, allowing plenty of dedicated time for questions and guidance. Following the completion of the workshops, you can look forward to picking up your finished piece four weeks after the session. Workshops are taught in English or French. You can reschedule up to 1 week in advance. The studio is not liable for any damage to ceramics, as cracks or damage may occur during the firing process.
